Ramsey’s police officers, firefighters, emergency responders, and local volunteers were at Finch Park Saturday celebrating the Fourth of July weekend in style. The borough’s annual Stars vs. Stripes softball game Saturday started Ramsey’s daylong Independence Day celebration.
