Eye Level Learning Center held its official Grand Opening Saturday. The learning center opened last year, but was welcomed to town this weekend by both Mayor Chris Botta and Ramsey Chamber of Commerce President Rob Tilton.

The franchise provides extracurricular math, reading and writing instruction to kids ages 3 to 15.
