Ramsey Farmers Market Celebrates 5th Anniversary

The market will celebrate its fifth anniversary with a Strawberry Festival that includes music, free giveaways and organic produce.

Main Street train station will be alive with music, more than 40 vendors, the sweet smell of strawberries and the even sweeter taste of free strawberry shortcake.

The Ramsey Farmers Market will celebrate its 5th anniversary with its Strawberry Festival taking place next Sunday, June 1.

The festival will include arts and crafts, a featured vendor, food and free giveaways.

The farmers market is outdoors and open every Sunday from June to November and includes organic fruits and vegetables, artisan breads and cheeses, gourmet olive oil and balsamic vinegar, gluten-free products and handmade body products.

Vistors are invited to participate in the non-profit market's Pay It Forward program by bringing non-perishable food items to be donated.

Prospective attendees may call 201-675-6866 for more information.
