Storm Closures in Ramsey [Running List]
Schools closing early, but garbage pick-up on Friday is on
Ramsey is planning to shut down early Friday thanks to the weekend snowstorm, which is forecast to drop anywhere from six inches to two feet of snow or more on and around the borough.
Throughout the day, check this list of early closings and cancelations. Patch will update it as we receive information about closures during the storm.
- Ramsey schools announced Thursday night they would dismiss early Friday, cancel all after care, evening activities, adult school programs, and food service at the schools.
- St. Paul’s Interparochial School is closed
- Don Bosco is closed
- There is normal garbage pickup Friday morning, but Saturday morning pickup maybe canceled due to the storm.

The borough just sent out the following updates on closures:
* For those residents scheduled for garbage pickup on Saturday, February 9, there will be NO pickup due to the impending snow storm. These residents will resume garbage pickup on their next scheduled date of Wednesday, February 13.
* A reminder that the grace period for paying first quarter taxes continues through Monday, February 11th.
* Borough Hall Offices will close at 1 p.m. Friday and reopen at 8:30 a.m. on Monday. You may also place your payment in the after hours drop box which is located under the window to the right of the Borough Hall front door.
* Please do not park vehicles in the road so our DPW and emergency services may have clear access.
